THORNBY VILLAGE HALL

Village Hall Music Quiz 13th Dec

A great success! Many congratulations to the winning Team ‘Blitsen’ – John, Sally, Jim, Rose and Grant.

Many thanks to Bernie, Ann, Simon and Louise for their donations for the raffle. We are so lucky to be supported by so many villagers, donating and/or attending all our events.

Special thanks to our wonderful neighbour Mark, not only does his property look wonderful, with his seasonal wreaths and beautiful hanging baskets, he also helps us to keep the outside of the Hall weed free and tidy. We really do appreciate having such a kind and thoughtful neighbour.

Bookings and equipment.

We are extremely lucky to now have regular bookings in the Hall. Not only does this bring in regular income, having the water and heating on prevents issues that can arise in an old building.  The Hall needs to be used and enjoyed and we are so happy to cater for these groups

Special thanks to Carla, Blossoming Tree Yoga, Kevin and Ruth, Thornby Parish Meet, and Brian and friends that fill the Hall with song!

Residents of the village are welcome to borrow Village Hall equipment for private functions.

No charges applicable however, donations would be greatly appreciated to support the upkeep of our Village Hall.  Please note you will be liable for any damages or loss.

To secure all bookings and requests please contact Alex Todd – Warriner House alext@trucklink.eu.com

Thank you to you all for your continued support. Our little team works hard to look after and maintain the beautiful Village Hall.

Wishing you all good health and happiness for 2025.
